Description

No. 43 and 45 North Road and No. 3 and 4 Church Walk are shops dating from the early 19th century, with some later alterations. The buildings are constructed of coursed rubble and feature quoins at the southern end. They have a graduated slate roof with brick chimneys at each end. The structure stands three storeys high and has two bays. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop front, while the upper floors each contain two sash windows with stone surrounds. These buildings are included for their group value with the nearby church.
