Description
Holcombe House is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of dressed red sandstone and features a graduated slate roof with brick chimney stacks. The building has two storeys and three bays. The entrance consists of a six-panel door topped by a radial fanlight, with a plain surround that has a round head, reeded springers, and a false keystone. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are set within plain stone surrounds. The house was formerly known as Bogside, as indicated on Ordnance Survey maps. Please note that the listing does not include the later brick extension to the right.
