Description
Croft House and an adjoining barn date from the early 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th century, and include a barn. The farmhouse has roughcast painted walls and a roof of graduated greenslate, with 19th-century rendered chimney stacks. The barn is constructed of mixed sandstone rubble with a graduated greenslate roof. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has three bays, with a lower section incorporating the barn to the left. It features sash windows set in painted stone surrounds. A projecting, stepped chimney stack is visible on the right return wall. The barn has plank double doors, a pent roof extension to the left, and plank doors to the rear set within painted stone surrounds.
