Description

The walls surrounding the Quaker burial ground, located adjacent to and east of Megs Hill Meeting House, were constructed in 1689, with repairs made in the 18th and 19th centuries. They are built of sandstone rubble up to waist height and feature a plank entrance gate on the southwest side. For further details, refer to David M Butler's "Quaker Meeting Houses of the Lake Counties," published in 1978, pages 15-16.
