Description
This is a late 18th-century house situated on Warwick Green, near Wetheral, on the A69 road. The house is built with roughcast rendering, stone quoins, a graduated slate roof, and yellow brick chimney stacks. It is two storeys high and has three bays. The quoins have V-shaped joints and kneelers above, supporting coped gables. A stone cornice runs along the top of the front, and the sash windows have moulded surrounds and glazing bars. A 20th-century wooden lattice porch covers a quoined surround, which features a keyed square-headed arch at the entrance.
