Description

Milthorpe Green Cottage is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of uncoursed limestone rubble with a tile roof and features brick and stone stacks. The building has two storeys and three bays. The entrance is located in the second bay from the left and includes a wooden lintel above a six-panel door. On either side of the entrance are two-light casement windows, also with wooden lintels. There is a one-light window with a wooden lintel in the right bay, and a similar window is found in the right bay on the first floor. The other first-floor windows are two-light casements, all featuring wooden lintels. The interior has not been inspected.
