Description
This is a late 17th-century building on Mercer's Row. It is stuccoed and has an old tiled roof with a modillioned cornice. The building is three storeys high and contains two flush sash windows. It has a modern shop front. The building is included in the listing for its group value, forming a group with numbers 3 to 6 on Mercer's Row.
