Description

This headstone, dating from the 17th century, is located approximately 5 metres west of the west doorway of the Church of St. Peter and St. Paul in Kings Sutton. It is made of limestone and features a square plaque that is framed by decorative swags of fruit. At the top, it is surmounted by a broken scroll pediment. The inscription on the headstone is mostly worn away and no longer legible.
