Description
This is a bridge and gateway to the churchyard, located approximately 40 meters south of Marston House, dating from the 18th century. The structure is built of squared coursed limestone and ironstone, featuring a plain stone arch. The parapet on the east side has been rebuilt. On the west side, there is an 18th or 19th-century cast iron balustrade. A path crosses the bridge leading to the churchyard, which is marked by an 18th or 19th-century cast-iron gateway that has a central quatrefoil motif, flanked by cast iron gatepiers. The bridge and gateway are included for their group value.
