Description

The Parade comprises two attached buildings dating from the 19th century, constructed in a Neoclassical style. The front is rendered in stucco, rising to four storeys. The ground floor is rusticated, featuring three arched openings. The upper floors are characterised by tall, attached Ionic columns recessed within antae. Originally designed in 1850 by Alexander and Hull, the buildings served as a Corn Exchange. They were previously listed under the name "Odeon Cinema".
