Description

Isebrook Farmhouse is a 17th and 18th century farmhouse located in Warkton. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with a thatched roof, and has brick ridge end stacks. The house is one storey and attic in height, with a three-window front. On the ground floor, there are three casement windows. The window to the right has iron framing and small panes, operated by gudgions. A panelled, part-glazed door sits between the first and second bays, both beneath wooden lintels. Above, there are three eyebrow dormers, each containing a two-light casement window with small panes and iron frames, operated by gudgions. A one-storey gabled addition with a 20th century plain-tile roof extends to the right. A 20th century lean-to garage is situated to the left. The interior has not been inspected.
