Description

No 1 Stoke Hill is a building dated 1877, designed in the Tudor style. It is two storeys high and constructed from coursed rubble, topped with a steep stone slate roof featuring paired stone stacks. The windows are either mullion and transom or single lights. This building is included in the listing solely as part of an important visual group. It forms a group with Nos 1 to 13 (consecutive) and the Holy Name of Jesus Church on West Street.
