Description
This is an 18th-century building fronted with brick, originally covered in stucco, situated on Church Street. It has an old tiled roof with a wooden eaves cornice. The building is two storeys high and features two sash windows with glazing bars in shallow reveals, each topped with a cutter flat arch. A first-floor band runs along the facade. Fielded panelled window shutters are present. The doorway has reeded pilasters, lion mask capitals, a frieze with a Greek key pattern ornament, and a dentil cornice. A 19th-century single-storey wing extends to the right, featuring four sash windows and two wide garage doors. This building contributes to a group value context with numbers 70 to 80 (even), 84 to 110 (even), and 114 to 120 (even) on Church Street.
