Description

The Queens Head Public House dates from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers. The roof is hipped and covered in Welsh slate, with wide eaves. The building is two storeys high, and features five sash windows with glazing bars, each set within a reveal under a cutter flat arch. A lower wing to the left has two flush Yorkshire casements with glazing bars. The public house forms part of a group with numbers 70 to 80 (even), 84 to 110 (even), and 114 to 120 (even) on Church Street.
