Description
Home Farm House is a house dating from around 1600, featuring a two-bay section on the left that has a timber frame with angled braces, whitewashed brick infill, and whitewashed rubble stone at the plinth and left gable. To the right are two bays from the 17th to 18th century constructed in coursed rubble stone. The house has a thatched roof with brick stacks located centrally on the stone section and at the left gable, the latter having a thin brick base. It is one and a half storeys high. The ground floor has 19th-century casement windows, including paired and barred windows in the second bay and three windows on the left-hand side under the thatch. The remainder of the ground floor features a three-light window. To the right of the timber-framed section, there is a modern door with a timber gabled hood supported by brackets.
