Description

5 Coldharbour is a house that was originally two cottages, part of a row built in the 17th century and later altered. It features a timber frame with colourwashed brick infill and a thatched roof, which includes a new dormer in the lower left-hand bays. A high brick chimney is situated between the lower left-hand bays and the taller right-hand bay. The building has one storey and an attic, while the right-hand bay has two storeys. The left-hand bays have a modern door and four leaded casement windows. The right-hand bay contains three-light casements on each floor and a window in a blocked doorway on the right. Inside the right-hand bay, there is a heavy spine beam, floor joists, and an inglenook fireplace.
