Description

Boleyn Cottage and No. 7 Coldharbour are a pair of cottages, part of a row, dating to the 17th century and altered subsequently. They are timber-framed with brick infill and have a thatched roof, featuring a central brick chimney. The cottages are set back slightly from the right-hand bay of No. 21. They are two storeys high, with upper windows cut into the thatch.

Boleyn Cottage, the left-hand bay, has a 3-light leaded casement window in the upper storey, a door on the left, and a 5-light leaded casement window on the right of the ground floor. No. 7 Coldharbour comprises two right-hand bays, with a front door and two 2-light leaded casement windows to the left, and one to the right, at ground floor level. The upper windows above the wallplate are two-light leaded casements, with 3-light wood casements below.
