Description

No. 3 Burts Lane is a 17th-century building that has been altered and raised. It is constructed of rubble stone and timber, with two storeys and a thatched roof. The north side features a modern casement window on the left and a sash window on the right, at the first floor level. The north gable is of rubble stone at its base, but rendered brick above. The garden elevation is faced with chequer brick, with three modern steel windows and a door set within altered openings, retaining original gauged brick arches. A 19th-century, two-storey wing with a slate roof adjoins the south side.
