Description

Welby Cottage is a building dating from the 17th to 18th century. It is a single storey with an attic, constructed from rubble stone, possibly witchert, and features colour washed rendering. The roof is thatched. The front has a ledged door on the left, a three-light casement window in the centre topped with a shallow wood pediment, and a two-light modern steel casement window on the right. At the rear, there is a modern addition made of rendered brick and thatch.
