Description

Grig Cottage is a cottage that was originally a pair of cottages, built in the 18th century and altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. It has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high with an attic, featuring a three-window range. The exterior is rendered over red and yellow brick, topped with an old plain-tile roof and a brick stack on the left side. A 20th-century door is located at the far right, sheltered by a 20th-century open porch. The ground floor has three-light casement windows with wooden lintels, while the first floor features a two-light window. The cottage also has a rendered plinth and a central gabled dormer window. The interior has not been inspected.
