Description
Cadel House is a house dating from the 17th century that was refaced in red and blue brick in the 18th century. It features an old tiled roof that is hipped to the left and has a large central chimney stack with moulded oversailing courses at the top, mostly made of thin bricks. The building is two storeys high and has two bays with three-light casements, which have segmental arches on the ground floor. There is a central gabled porch that rises against a recessed panel on the first floor, complete with a dentil brick verge and a small window in the gable. The porch has a modern half-glazed door. The left flank elevation also has two bays of three-light casements.
