Public house and dwelling. Early C19, altered C20. Rendered with incised masonry patterns, slate roof and rendered end stacks. Double-depth plan. 3-storey, 3-window range. C20 door to far left with overlight. 12-pane sash window to ground floor centre and tripartite sash to ground floor right. 12-pane sashes to 1st and 2nd floors with moulded, rendered surrounds. Plinth, 1st floor storey band and deep bracketed eaves.
