Description
The King's Head Public House is a public house and dwelling located on Market Hill in Buckingham. It dates from the early 19th century but has been altered in the 20th century. The building is rendered with incised masonry patterns and features a slate roof with rendered end stacks. It has a double-depth plan and stands three stories tall with a three-window range. There is a 20th-century door on the far left with an overlight above it. The ground floor includes a 12-pane sash window in the center and a tripartite sash window to the right. The first and second floors have 12-pane sash windows with moulded, rendered surrounds. The building also has a plinth, a first-floor storey band, and deep bracketed eaves.
