Description

Nos 7 and 9, High Street, date from the 17th to 18th century. They are a pair of buildings with one storey and an attic. The walls are colour-washed rubble, with a brick gable facing south. The roof is thatched, and is half-hipped at the southern end. No. 7 has a central entrance door, with a three-light casement window to the left and a two-light window to the right. There are two small casement windows set into the thatch. No. 9 has a door on the left side and a six-pane window on the right. A casement window is located in the thatch above. A slight cant is present on the front to the right, with a further window on each floor.
