Description

The buildings at 36 and 38 High Street date from the 18th century, but they stand on the site of an earlier timber-framed house. They are two storeys high and have brick facades. The roof is tiled, with a central chimney stack. The building has a central doorway leading to number 36, with three windows of varying designs to the right. A separate doorway leads to number 38, with a two-light casement window to the right, and four windows above.
