Description

Berkeley Cottage is an early 19th-century building that has been extensively restored and features later additions. It is constructed of red brick and has a hipped slate roof. The cottage is two storeys high, with the ground floor displaying two segment-headed windows—one with three lights and the other with four lights. On the first floor, there are two three-light casement windows flanking a central two-light casement window. The cottage is primarily noted for the cast ironwork of the porch, which appears to be a combination of early and mid-19th century elements.
