Description

The statue in the forecourt of Taplow Court is a Grade II listed structure dating from 1804. It is made of Coade stone and depicts a Roman Emperor, standing on an early 18th century carved stone base. This base originally supported one of four urns that were given by Queen Anne in 1705.
