Description

Hill House is an 18th and 19th century building of red brick, with a colourwashed façade and a slate roof. It is three storeys high and has four bays. The left-hand bay is polygonal and extends through all three storeys. The third bay slightly projects forward. The fourth bay dates to the late 19th century and features a string course at second-floor level. The ground floor includes a late 19th century red brick porch in the second bay and a bay window in the third. All other windows are sash windows with flat heads in bays one and two, segmental heads in bay three, and cut brick heads in bays one and two, and above the ground floor in bay four. All windows have glazing bars.
