Description
There are four urns located in the garden to the east and north of Taplow Court. Three of these matching urns date from the early 18th century and are part of a set of four presented by Queen Anne in 1705. Two urns are positioned on a walkway to the west of the old church walls, while one is situated in the formal garden to the north of the house. These large stone urns are mounted on stone bases and feature armorial reliefs. The fourth urn, located at the northwest corner of the formal garden, is a marble vase from the 18th or 19th century, set on a pedestal.
