Description

This is an early 19th-century house, later altered in the 20th century and now used as a shop and flats. It's constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern and has a 20th-century ridged tile hipped roof. The house follows a double-depth plan and presents as a three-storey, three-window facade. A 20th-century shop front occupies the ground floor. The first floor features twelve-pane sash windows, while the second floor has nine-pane sashes with flat-arched heads. Pilaster strips flank either end, topped with moulded brick capitals. The building has deep projecting eaves.
