Description
Pankridge Farmhouse is a 17th-century building that features a timber frame, which has been cased in brick and flint from the 18th century, with some areas rendered and painted. The farmhouse has an old tiled roof that is half hipped and a large central brick chimney stack. The entrance consists of a central door that is topped with a hood supported by cut brackets. On either side of the door, there are three-light casement windows, and there are two similar windows on the first floor. At the rear, there is a large modern wing. Inside, the original timber posts and tie beams are exposed, and there are inglenook fireplaces associated with the central stack.
