Description

Coleshill House is a mid-18th century building, altered and extended in later periods. It is constructed of painted stucco, with a basement, two storeys, and later attics beneath a slate roof. The original section has five bays. A single-storey extension, likely from the early 19th century, projects from the front. Further two-storey, two-bay extensions were added in the mid-19th century on both the left and right sides. These later extensions feature ground-floor windows with pedimented hoods and brackets, and first-floor windows with moulded cornices on brackets.

A large two-storey square bay window is located on the left flank. The rear of the building includes two two-storey canted bay windows, one of 18th-century painted brick and the other of mid-19th century stucco. An early 19th-century service wing, with stucco walls and a slate roof, also extends from the rear. The building has been divided into flats.
