Description
Seeleys Farmhouse is a building from the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries, constructed of red brick with black headers and featuring an old tile roof. It has a string course at the first floor level and two gables on either side. The central portion of the building is recessed and has a modillion eaves cornice. The farmhouse is two storeys high, with the first floor containing six casement windows with wooden mullions and transoms, along with one modern single-light casement. The ground floor has a central door beneath a hood supported by moulded brackets, and five casement windows with wooden mullions and transoms. To the right, there is a subsidiary door and another casement window. Inside, there are three notable fireplaces and panelled rooms, one of which is dated 1572, and another with painted panels dated 1693. The staircase is from the late 17th century.
