Description

Chapman's Farmhouse is an 18th-century building located on Chartridge Lane. It features red and grey brickwork and has an old tiled roof with two gabled lattice casement dormers. The farmhouse is two storeys tall with attics and includes two flush set casement windows beneath cambered relieving arches. The right side has lattice windows, while a small window is located on the far left, and there are pointed arched metal glazing bars on the left. A central dummy window is present on the first floor. The building has a wooden moulded eaves cornice and a central four flush panel door that is sheltered by a cut bracketed hood. Chapman's Farmhouse and the associated barn are part of a group.
