Description

Dering Cottage is an 18th-century, three-bay, two-storey house facing the road with a gable. It is constructed of red brick with an old tile roof. A parallel, two-storey rear range extends to the back. The front elevation features paired casement windows and two doors in the centre bay. There are end stacks. A band course runs along the gable.
