Description

The disused Baptist chapel, built around 1800-1810, features coursed rubble stone with brick dressings, offset brick eaves, and a hipped old tile roof. The northwest front includes two paired barred wooden casements with segmental heads, and a round window above the central door. The door is flush-panelled and has a gabled wooden hood supported by brackets. Inside, there is a gallery at the southeast end and an early 19th-century pulpit, which was partly refitted in the later 19th century.
