Description

Russell's Farm Cottage is a house dating to the late 17th century. It is timber-framed with whitewashed brick infill, featuring a flint and brick plinth which is mostly rendered and whitewashed. The roof is covered with plain tiles, and there are brick chimneys, with the right-hand one external and both having been partly rebuilt. The house is two storeys high and has two bays. It contains irregular 20th-century wooden casements and a blocked door to the right of the centre. A 20th-century whitewashed brick lean-to is attached to the left, while the remainder of the left gable end is tile-hung. A lean-to conservatory and a new entrance are located at the rear.
