Description

No. 5 Aylesbury Road is a small house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and has a slate roof with a central brick chimney and dentil eaves. The building stands two storeys high and features two 2-light and one 1-light small paned casements on the first floor, all with segmental arches. On the ground floor, there are two similar windows flanking a four-panel door. To the right is a window in a former doorway, and to the left is a six-panel entry door topped with a fanlight set in a tall semi-circular arched opening.
