Description
The Chandos Arms Public House is a building likely originating from the 18th century. It is constructed of colour-washed brick, with some modern applied timber-framing, and features a thatched roof. The structure consists of one storey plus an attic and is four irregular bays wide. The right bay is broad, with a tiled gable that breaks into the thatch. On the ground floor, there are two tall casement windows, a door with a tiled gabled porch supported by wooden brackets, and a tripartite window, with another similar window in the gable above it.
