Description

The Angel Public House is a 17th-century building that has been altered over time. It stands two storeys high with an attic and is constructed from colour-washed rubble stone and brick. The roof is tiled and features a double-gabled front facing the road. On the ground floor, there is a 19th-century canted bay window on either side of the entrance door, with sash windows located above. The right-hand gable has a string course at its base and a small leaded casement window in the attic. A large chimney stack is positioned at the rear of the building.
