Description

This is a 17th to 18th century barn located to the north of Number 45 (Perrotts Farm) on Bicester Road in Long Crendon. The barn features a four-bay timber frame with walls made of rubble stone and weatherboarding, topped with a thatched roof. The west end has a lower section that is also thatched. Inside, the main barn has a double purlin roof that is roughly supported by struts and posts on large tiebeams, along with old rafters and wall framing.
