Description

The Old Bakehouse is a building that dates from the medieval period and the 18th century. It has one storey and an attic, constructed from rubble stone with brick dressings. The original thatched roof has been replaced with modern tiles. The façade features two modern casement windows and a central door that is topped with a segmental canopy. There are also two gabled dormers. Inside, the building contains a cruck truss, suggesting it may have originally served as a barn.
