Description

The Statue of Hercules, located 130 metres to the west of the ice house in the grounds of Waddesdon Manor, is a mid 18th century statue attributed to Laurent Delvaux. It is carved from marble and depicts Hercules holding a tambourine and a distaff. The statue stands on a 19th century stone pedestal that features a moulded base, panels, and a cornice.
