Description
The Red Lion Inn is an early 19th-century public house that stands two storeys tall with a two-bay street front. The front is colourwashed brick, while the flanks are made of red brick. It features parallel slate roofs that are hipped over the bay windows on the street front. The left-hand bay has a canted bay window with barred sashes arranged in a 4:6:4 pane configuration. The right-hand bay has two windows on the first floor, with the left one being blank. On the ground floor, there is a two-light bay window and a pilastered doorcase to the left, both situated under a continuous fascia and cornice. The flanks have recessed barred sashes across three bays, with central doors leading to the rear ranges.
