Description

The Church of St James is a parish church with origins dating back to the 12th century, featuring an early 16th-century tower. The porch was added in 1661, and the north chapel dates to the early 17th century. The church is constructed with random rubble walls and has old tile roofs. The chancel includes a Gothic trefoil window and a rectangular window on the east side, while other windows are fitted with mullions. The tower is made of red brick and has stepped stone quoins. Inside, there are fairly complete fittings and monuments.
