Description

Park House, located at No. 31 on London Road, is an early to mid 19th-century building constructed of stucco and topped with Welsh slates. It stands two storeys tall and features a ground floor cast iron verandah with a glazed roof. On the right side, there is a canted bay, and the first floor has three windows that are now boarded up, along with cornices supported by consoles. The eaves cornice is present, and the east wing, which is a later addition, has a central doorway flanked by two-storey canted bays. There is also a lower back wing. Park House is part of a group with Nos 29 and 31.
