Description

The ruins of St John's Hospital date from around 1180 to 1290 and are located on the north side of Easton Street. This structure is the remains of a hospital that was dissolved in 1553. The ruins feature arcades supported by columns, which are likely part of the former Refectory. The building is constructed from ashlar and rubble and currently has no roof. It is designated as an Ancient Monument, although it is not under guardianship. The ruins form a group with Wycombe College of Technology and Art.
