Description
This outbuilding, now used as a garage, dates from the late 18th century and is located adjacent to the north of Brudenell House on Church Street in Quainton. It is constructed of chequer brick with a moulded brick plinth and eaves, topped by a half-hipped old tile roof. The building is one storey with an attic and features three irregular bays. The left bay contains 20th-century garage doors that project slightly. The centre bay has a barred wooden window with a gabled semi-dormer above, along with a board door to the right. The right bay features a half-glazed door. All ground floor openings have segmental heads. This outbuilding is included in the listing for its group value with Brudenell House.
