Description
No. 13 Flint Street is a house that was originally two cottages, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of witchert, which is colourwashed and rendered, sitting on a rubblestone plinth. The rendered surface is scribed to resemble masonry. The gables are made of chequer brick and are positioned above a band course. The house features dentil eaves and has an old tile roof. It is two storeys high with four bays, with the left bay having been a separate cottage in the past. There is a four-panel door located in the third bay from the left, and a boarded door to the left bay. The windows are primarily three-pane sash windows, except for the window above the main door and the one in the left bay, which are both two-light windows. The house has an east gable stack, a stack located between the left bays, and another stack on the rear of the right bay.
