Description
No. 7 High Road is a cottage, probably from the 18th century, that has been altered over time. It features colourwashed roughcast, likely over a timber frame, with part of the truss visible in the right gable. The roof is thatched and half-hipped to the left, with a brick chimney on the right and the base of another chimney on the left. The building is one storey with an attic and consists of two bays. On the ground floor, there are two 20th-century square bay windows with barred wooden casements. The attic includes a paired wooden casement window set in the thatch, accompanied by a slate apron. There is a 20th-century door to the right, and a small 20th-century lean-to with a paired casement window also to the right.
