Description

No. 45 Botyl Road is a house dating from the 17th century, which has been altered over time. It features a timber frame with diagonal braces and whitewashed brick infill, along with a blackened brick plinth. The roof is tiled and there is a central brick chimney. The building has one storey, an attic, and a basement, with a total of two bays. The gable facing the street has wooden casements with horizontal glazing bars, including a three-light window and a single light in the basement, as well as a two-light window with board hoods on the main floor and attic. The right side of the house has irregular casements, and there is a door in a 20th-century lean-to porch to the right, along with a lean-to at the far end.
